    • CallSpoofing is an independent third-party reseller of VoIP services obtained from licensed upstream providers. We do not operate as a primary telecom carrier.
    • All services must be used lawfully. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
    • Caller ID functionality is provided by upstream carriers. CallSpoofing does not develop or promote systems intended for fraudulent or malicious spoofing.
    • We will cooperate fully with regulators, law enforcement, and government authorities when lawfully required.
    • Users are fully responsible for unlawful or malicious actions conducted through their accounts.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The creators of CallSpoofing expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    Any attempts to reverse a payment, including disputes or chargebacks through any payment provider, will result in immediate blacklisting and blocking from our platform. We take payment integrity seriously, and fraudulent actions will not be tolerated.

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CallSpoofing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to CallSpoofing immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use CallSpoofing will immediately cease.
