1.1 Acceptable & Lawful Use

CallSpoof is engineered strictly for ethical, operational, and non-malicious business and personal communication. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with all applicable domestic and international telecommunications regulations.

1.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our channels for:

• Unlawful impersonation with intent to defraud or cause financial harm.
• Transmitting malicious automated robocalls in violation of TCPA or international spam regulations.
• Harassment, intimidation, extortion, or emergency services abuse (e.g. swatting).
• Attempting to bypass security barriers to compromise network stability.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell, rent, or trade user communications data to third parties.

• Log Retention: Essential Call Detail Records (CDR) are maintained strictly for billing verification, network routing, and fraud deterrence.
• Encryption: Signaling channels support TLS and voice streams support SRTP to prevent unauthorized interception.

3. Cookie Policy

We use strictly necessary functional cookies and local session identifiers to ensure responsive user navigation and remember selected preferences. We do not employ third-party behavioral ad trackers.

4. Payment Integrity & Chargeback Rules

Any attempt to conduct payment fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or credit card dispute abuse will result in immediate termination of the associated SIP account and permanent blacklisting of associated network endpoints.
